PDC Order of Merit: Prize money and standings revealed for World Darts Championship as Luke Littler moves up rankings

THE World Darts Championship will start at the end of the year with the top 32 players in the world earning a seed for the Ally Pally extravaganza.

Last year saw Luke Humphries beat teenage sensation Luke Littler in an epic final at Alexandra Palace.

World Champion Luke Humphries is currently ranked top of the PDC Order of Merit

The 17-year-old star took the darts world by storm and became a household name at the tournament.

Since then, he has earned himself a spot in Premier League Darts and became a PDC darts professional.

Players on the PDC Order of Merit are also battling to compete at other televised events, including the Betfred World Matchplay and BoyleSports World Grand Prix.

The main PDC Order of Merit is based on prize money won over a two-year period by players in ranking tournaments.
